Quality
The
first step to quality assurance is to provide a competent well trained
workforce. Our supervisors typically have two year technical degrees,
hold a FCC General Class Commercial License, and have Instrumentation
Level II training.
All
work is controlled by a written procedure to assure uniformity. Check-Off
sheets are completed by the foreman and supervisor for each task.
Engineers
are available by telephone, or on site, as required to resolve any ambiguities
in plans, function, or testing procedures.
- Written
procedures for Multi-Site Work for Uniformity
- Work

- Engineering

Quality
metrics provide feedback to our Continuous Improvement program. Based
on that data, internal and external training classes are modified to
insure that quality goals are consistently met.
